Do you have to follow a specific diet when drinking ketones?

You do not have to follow a specific diet to experience the benefits.

To boost and optimize your results, you can incorporate a lower carb diet and/or intermitted fasting.

If you are following the keto diet, the ketones will help stabilize your ketone levels and keep you in a therapeutic state of ketosis.

 

Is there caffeine? Will this make me feel jittery?

All of the Keto NAT flavors are all natural and come in both caffeine and caffeine free.

The caffeine version has the equivalent to a small cup of coffee’s worth of caffeine in it. The ketones will NOT make you jittery, but if you are very sensitive to small amounts of caffeine, you can get the caffeine free version and will still experience all of the benefits.

 
 

Is sodium good for you?

YES! Salt is a vital electrolyte and supports the circulatory system.
